Keith Jemison
– 5th VP, Texas A & M Univ LE & Security, Assoc Vice Chancellor
Dr. Keith Jemison is the Associate Vice Chancellor for Law Enforcement and Security for the Texas A&M University System, providing executive leadership and subject-matter expertise for public safety programs across the system. A veteran of the U.S. Army’s 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), he brings a wealth of experience from his service in special operations and as a Chief of Police for Prairie View A&M University and Montgomery ISD. Dr. Jemison holds a Doctor of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership and Public Safety and has completed elite executive training at Harvard University and the FBI National Command Course. His career is marked by significant milestones, including leading the first HBCU police department in Texas to achieve state accreditation and being honored as the 2019 Region 6 Chief of the Year.
